PIXLNAUTS is committed to building responsibly and in alignment with applicable laws and regulations. As an early-stage, independently developed project, compliance and ethical standards are taken seriously, especially in the evolving landscape of blockchain and gaming regulation.

**We are actively monitoring legal developments related to:**

* Tokenized assets and securities classifications
* Play-to-donate mechanics and charitable contribution systems
* NFT utility and ownership rights
* Data privacy and wallet-based identity systems
* Cross-border transaction regulations

At this stage, we have not retained full-time legal counsel but are consulting available resources and open legal frameworks to guide development. Any smart contracts deployed on public blockchains will be open-source and accessible for third-party review, and we will seek legal review for core components as we move toward public releases.
